Trash pickup is on Thursdays. Per city codes, trash cans should be put out by the street after 7pm on Wednesdays and put back up before 7pm on Thursdays. Most covenants state that all trash containers must be stored out of sight from the road. You can keep your trash can inside your garage, behind a fence, or build an approved blind.
You can access covenants on this website under Subdivisions. They are also available in the Houston County Public Records under your subdivision name.
Yard upkeep includes but is not limited to grass regularly mowed, flower beds free of weeds, sidewalks and driveways properly edged. This also applies to empty lots.
Our community streets are owned and maintained by the City. Please report potholes and street light outages to Centerville Utilities at 478-953-3222 with the closest address to the location.
There are two answers to this question:
1) In Eagle Springs common areas, NO fishing or swimming is permitted due to association insurance requirements.
2) If a resident has a waterfront home in Eagle Harbor or Grove Point, they own the water immediately behind it and CAN fish on their private property.
