Community Center

Eagle Springs Residents: Host your large event of up to 180 attendees with a grand ballroom and stage. Tables and chairs are provided and there is a large fully equipped kitchen. Please check our Calendar to see if your date is available. To reserve, complete a Community Center Rental Contract and submit with payment and certificate of event insurance via our driveway dropbox or office window. Then pick up the access clicker at our office on the Friday before your event and return it in the dropbox after.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Per day is $1500 then you're refunded $500 after passing the post-inspection. Event insurance is required and the price varies (details below).

Q: How do I get Event Insurance?
A: Contact your preferred insurance provider or Allstate Warner Robins at 478-449-3900. The cost is around $75 without alcohol or $150 with alcohol. Q: What are the rules?
A: Do not tape decorations to the walls. Only the folding tables and chairs can be rearranged. No outdoor cooking. Clean and return the space to how you found it, take out all trash to the dumpster by the playground, and put in new trash can liners. Please review all rules in the Community Center Rental Contract.

Q: Can you pencil me in on a date?
A: We must receive a minimum payment of $500 with a rental contract in order to hold your date.

Q: Can non-residents rent the Community Center?
A: You must currently reside in Eagle Springs and present proof of residency to reserve.

Q: When will I get my deposit refund back?
A: After passing the post inspection, you'll receive a check in the mail within 2-3 weeks.
