Eagle Springs Residents: Host your small event of up to 40 attendees with a beautiful waterfront view. Tables and chairs are provided and there is a kitchenette and wet bar. Select from 8am-5pm or 5pm-12am and check our Calendar to see if your date and time is available. To reserve, complete a Club House Rental Contract and submit with payment and certificate of event insurance via our driveway dropbox or office window. Then pick up the access clicker at our office on the Friday before your event and return it in the dropbox after.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Each time slot (8am-5pm or 5pm-12am) is $250 then you're refunded $100 after passing the post-inspection. Event insurance is required and the price varies (details below).

Q: What are the rules?
A: Do not tape decorations to the walls. Only the folding tables and chairs can be rearranged. No outdoor cooking. Clean and return the space to how you found it, take out all trash to the dumpster by the playground, and put in new trash can liners. Please review all rules in the Club House Rental Contract.
Q: Do you have a smaller space or room available to rent?
A: No, the Club House is our smallest reservable space.
Q: Can you pencil me in on a date?
A: We must receive a minimum payment of $100 with a rental contract in order to hold your date and time.
Q: Can non-residents rent the Club House?
A: You must currently reside in Eagle Springs and present proof of residency to reserve.
Q: When will I get my deposit refund back?
A: After passing the post inspection, you'll receive a check in the mail within 2-3 weeks.
